Peter's focus is on capital markets transactions and business advisory.
Peter Mantas is the co-founder and co-Managing Partner of Orion Legal Group and a General Partner at Logos LP, a privately held investment firm focused on interdisciplinary value investing. Prior to co-founding Orion, he practiced in the capital markets, tax, and alternative investments groups at McCarthy Tétrault.
Peter previously served on the Board of Directors of Clinical Laserthermia Systems AB, a medical technology company listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm, Sweden.
Peter holds LL.B. and B.C.L. degrees from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management.
