Peter's focus is on capital markets transactions and business advisory.
Peter is the co-founder and co-Managing Partner at Orion Legal Group.
He is also a General Partner at Logos LP, a privately held investment firm focused on interdisciplinary value investing.
Prior to the firm’s founding, Peter held managerial roles at Wolters Kluwer within their legal research group and Proofpoint, a large eDiscovery and archiving provider for enterprise legal departments looking to streamline discovery processes.
In addition, Peter was also part of the capital markets, alternative investments and tax groups at McCarthy Tetrault LLP.
Prior to this, he held various economic research positions at the Export Development Bank of Canada, Statistics Canada and other federal government departments.
Peter has both an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to studying law he obtained an Honours Baccalaureate in Commerce from the University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Management.
